Horse Riding Lessons

Sorry for the big break, work is taking up much of my spare time at the moment.

A few weeks ago the kids went to their horse riding lessons. They did really well and Nicolas had his own horse as you can see in the photos I've attached. It was also a beautiful day in northern California!

My Car Is Old Enough To Drive!

I'm somewhat thrifty when it comes to cars and prefer to get the maximum value from my vehicles. Once I get one I like and that runs well I take care of it and they keep on going. This is the case with my current vehicle, a 1994 Mercedes Benz E420. The car is a somewhat stuffy 4 door sedan but under the hood the 4.2 liter engine gives it awesome acceleration and great cruising capabilities. The ride is Mercedes smooth and everyone who drives it remarks about how nicely the car handles and feels on the road. It is really great.
I was just doing the math and also realized that the car is old enough to drive. i.e. it is 16 years old! It is still very much going strong (although I sense a steering power motor in my future)

If you are ever around I'll give you a ride. I may even be able to keep this until Julia starts driving!
