Tan it or tone it or 6-5-6-5

A good friend of ours was over the other day and we were talking about getting in shape for summer and she said her strategy is "tan it or tone it". This means you either need to find a way to lose unwanted winter weight or, make it tan so it looks good! There are lots of strategies for "tone it" including eating right and working out.

My strategy has definitely been to "tone it" through workouts and 6-5-6-5 are the lengths in miles of my last 4 runs in the last 6 days! Not bad, my legs have been tired but the added benefit has been the stress reduction from the extra hours at work (startup life!)
