We have a huge busy weekend here around the Kreisa house. This is the weekend that the girls have been working towards - the Christmas play. After 10+ weeks of rehearsals and family support the show is on! The play is called "The Silent Bells" and is based on a book by William McKeller an is about a young Swiss girl who dreams of having the bells in the town cathedral sound again after 200 years of silence.
Now Julia and Lea have relatively small parts as villagers but the production (like last year) is very high quality so they are getting great experience.
There was a full rehearsal Friday night, two shows on Saturday and one on Sunday. In addition we had my company holiday party Saturday night at Pampas in Palo Alto. It is an Argentinean restaurant that serves all kinds of grilled meat and was AWESOME.
Anyway the plays have gone really well and we are very proud of our young actresses. I'll post some pictures as soon as I have them.
